Refunds, Returns and Payments
Payment for services rendered by MVLA Digital will not be refunded unless a specific contract has been signed detailing conditions of said refund.
We reserve the right to terminate service provision at any time and will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of service.
We reserve the right to terminate service provision on accounts more than 60 days overdue – we also reserve the right to withhold all work, including, but not limited to, graphics, materials, advertising copy, digital content and internet marketing strategy from the client until accounts have been paid in full.
This right to terminate provision of services may extend to multiple projects or websites owned by the same client or key individual.
Cancellation of services must be sent in writing to [email protected] by or on the 19th day of the month you wish to cancel service. Failing this, service will be supplied and invoiced for the following month until a notice of cancellation is lodged.
